Frequently Asked Questions

ARE LIPOLYTIC INJECTIONS SAFE TO USE AND ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS?

Because it’s a natural product it is safe and has no side effects. However you have to see your doctor to rule out any medical cause for your weight problem.  Pregnant and breast feeding women are not recommended to follow the program but can safely do so later on.

A lipolytic injection is a type of injection that is used to remove fat from the human body. Lipolysis is the process by which lipids are broken down into glycerol and fatty acids. Lipolytic injections are typically used for weight loss, but they can also be used to remove localized fat deposits on specific parts of the body.

A lipolytic injection consists of a mixture of different substances, including phenol, sodium hydroxide, water and alcohol. Phenol is an antiseptic agent that prevents infection in the treated area while sodium hydroxide breaks down fat cells so that they can be removed more easily. The solution also contains alcohol to help dissolve fats and water to dilute it.

During a fast, dramatic loss of pounds with crash dieting, there is a high amount of muscle that is lost. Because muscle is heavy, this loss looks good on the scale because the kilograms are dropping quickly. When you lose muscle, it’s bad for your body, shape, and metabolism. The metabolism slows so much that dieter regains weight quickly, often regaining all the weight that was lost and then some. Additionally, it takes quite a bit of work to build back the muscle that has been lost. Lipolytic, however, protects muscle from being lost. In fact, there is more of a pure fat loss, which causes a shrinking in centimetres and size of clothing.  The great result is that one can become leaner, in a smaller clothing size, but with more muscle. This muscle allows for a stronger metabolism and helps people maintain their weight loss long after their diet is completed.

NO, Lipolytic will not interfere with any medication including thryroid, diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol or anti-depressant medication.

YES! Fat dissolving injections are a treatment option for those who want to reduce the size of their fat cells. Fat cells are injected with a solution that breaks down fat and leaves no side effects. As this solution is injected, the fat cells may shrink and even disappear over time. Patients usually notice a change in their appearance and can lose up to 10 kilograms or more after several treatments.

YES, men can safely follow the program and in fact will lose weight faster than female clients.  Lipolytic also helps to increase testosterone levels in men.

Exercise is not necessary while on the Lipolytic diet. In fact strenuous exercise is not recommended. We recommend 20-30 minutes walking daily as walking is a great stress reliever, it keeps your bowels moving and conditions your cardiovascular system. There is plenty of time to get back to your regular exercise routine after you have completed your course and are on the maintenance part of the course.

In most normal cases results have been reported as early as 2 weeks post-treatment. The best time for fat loss is between 4 and 6 weeks. In rare cases, patients may not see visible results until after their second treatment.

You can stay on the program as long as you are still wanting to lose weight.  We will however assist you to make some changes to the diet after about 6 weeks of following the eating plan continuously.  For example, a cheat meal once a week.

There are two types: gastrointestinal lipolysis, which takes place during digestion, and adipocyte lipolysis, concerned with stored fat, which is often referred to as ‘fat-burning’. How can you use it to help achieve your slimming goals? Exercise triggers lipolysis which burns fat and helps you slim down.

Lipolysis is a process that breaks down fat cells. Lipolysis takes place when the body converts triglycerides into glycerol and fatty acids. These fatty acids are then used as a source of fuel by our muscles, organs, and brain.
